The company & the role
CARD Group is a specialist provider of research, data, and evidence-based consulting services. Working with an international client base, we help our clients to better understand their customers.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant will be providing administrative support to assist the daily operations of CARD Group.
You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers by phone and email and organising interviewer schedules for Research Officers so strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
You will also liaise with interviewers to ensure quality standards and targets are achieved at each stage of the process.
The Operations Assistant has an active role in live and post-project data cleansing.
There is a potential of progressing within CARD Group. The role is based in our Belfast office.
